About the Event
It can be difficult knowing when and how to set healthy boundaries with people you know and love. Setting boundaries important in all aspects of life. During this workshop, we will discuss how to begin setting boundaries and keeping them in place. Doing this in a group setting presents a sense of togetherness in a non-judgmental environment.
